Ordering Information

Ordering from MAINE-LY SMOKED SALMON™ is as easy. We accommodate phone calls, FAX, On-Line Ordering, or emailing orders. And, if you prefer, use the US Postal Service.

We provide you the order form as a record of your purchase no matter what method you use. After you have completed the order form, print it and keep it for your records. If you use the US Postal Service to mail it to us, make two copies and keep one for yourself. If you are calling your order in, fill in the information and then give us a call. That will speed things up.

General Information:
We Ship By Fedex to assure optimum freshness. Your salmon order goes from MAINE-LY SMOKED SALMON's™ facility in Perry, Maine, directly to your door. John notes however, that smoked salmon has a refrigerated life of up to two weeks, during which time it remains fresh and tasty. Also, when you order, we ask that you specify the latest weekday you would like it delivered. Please allow a minimum of three business days from date of placing your order to the desired day of delivery.

IMPORTANT: We ship only to destinations in the continental US. Since we only ship via Federal Express, we cannot ship to Post Office boxes. Please make sure you give us a complete street address in the shipping directions. The exact FedEx charge will be added to your order and billed to your credit card after your order is shipped. The shipping charges are separate from items purchased.

Filling Out Your Order:

1. The fastest way to get your order in is to use the On-Line Form. You merely complete the order form by typing and clicking in the appropriate information, print a copy for your records - - Then click on SUBMIT. You should get a confirming Email message within a few minutes. To secure your credit information, we will call you at the contact number you provide within a few hours. If you haven't heard from us within 48 hours, please call.

2. You can also use our FAX line. Print out a copy of the order form for each order, complete the form in dark ink, and then Fax the order form to (207) 853-2536. The FAX line is available 24 / 7 .

3. For US Mail Orders, complete two copies, keep one, then Mail the other form to: Maine-ly Smoked Salmon Co., RR Box 555, Perry, ME 04667

4. Or Just Call Us at 207-853-4794. Phone Orders are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET), and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday orders are shipped on Monday.
